Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through software and IT service sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable technical solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams for product demos, documentation, and promotional strategies.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–5 years of proven experience in IT sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital solutions.
