Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
  • Provide insights on market trends, client preferences, and competitive activities.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer experience.
  • Prepare reports on client interactions, revenue growth, and business performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for tracking client interactions.

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory) in:
    • Business Administration
    • Finance
    • Marketing
    • Economics
    • Commerce
    • Any related field
  2. Master’s Degree (Preferred, but not always required)
    • MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Sales is highly preferred for senior roles.
    • Postgraduate diplomas in Banking, Wealth Management, or Customer Relationship Management can be an advantage.

? Entry-Level (0-2 years)

  • Fresh graduates with internships in banking, financial services, or sales.
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.

? Mid-Level (3-7 years)

  • Experience in client handling, business development, or sales.
  • Prior work in banking, insurance, B2B sales, or wealth management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and customer relationship strategies.

? Senior-Level (8+ years)

  • Leadership experience in managing high-value clients or corporate accounts.
  • Expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and revenue generation.
  • Industry-specific experience, such as private banking, corporate sales, or investment advisory.
